Gary Gorman

Co-Owner

Gary is the co-owner of RJ Gorman Marine. His leadership and experience are what has helped the company succeed in the marine construction industry. Living and working in Bay County, Gary supports our community, and has recently joined the GCSC Foundation Board of Directors as he takes a smaller role in the company operations.

Justin Gorman

Justin is the co-owner of RJ Gorman Marine, and President of all of the Gorman Operations. Working together with his brothers Jared and Jacob, as well as the entire leadership team, Justin enjoys hard work but also makes time for his family and getting out on the beautiful waters in our area.

Jared Gorman

Co-Owner

Jared is the co-owner of RJ Gorman Marine, and leads the residential north and commercial south sales teams. Working together with his brothers, Jared also enjoys hard work, especially the sales aspect of the business, as well as surfing and gator hunting.

Kristine Bryant

Vice President
Kristine Bryant, Vice President of Gorman Operations, oversees and coordinates activities across all Gorman companies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. With a background in Building Construction and seven years of experience with the Gormans, Kristine’s dedication and leadership have driven her career progression. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and participating in outdoor sports like archery.

Jacob Gorman

Vice President of RJ Gorman Marine
Jacob Gorman joined the RJ Gorman Team part-time in 2009 and transitioned full-time after retiring as a Battalion Chief from the PCB Fire Department in 2023, following a 16-year career. Bringing leadership skills from his fire department experience, he now focuses on expanding Gorman Marine’s commercial and foundation pile divisions. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the waters of Bay County.

Scott Randall

Scott Randall joined the team in 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience leading major road and bridge projects across the U.S., with a portfolio exceeding $2 billion. His expertise in delivering turnkey services for high-profile infrastructure projects aligns with the Gorman team’s values and vision for growth. Scott is committed to working on challenging projects that bring value to customers and communities.
